Terms of Use
1. Provider
TalkTerm is provided by MR Digital Solutions UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Düsseldorfer Str. 26, 51379 Leverkusen, Germany.
2. Scope
These terms apply to the TalkTerm iOS app and related website. The version presented before download or purchase applies. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
3. Your systems and commands
TalkTerm is a client that connects to systems selected by you. You are responsible for having permission to access those systems and for reviewing commands before sending them. Voice transcription may contain errors; always verify security-sensitive or destructive commands.
4. Secure use
You must not use TalkTerm to access systems without authorization, disrupt services, distribute malware, or violate applicable law. Never accept an SSH fingerprint you have not verified through a trusted channel.
5. Availability and updates
We may improve, update, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. TalkTerm depends on your device, network, remote host, and third-party platform services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to a remote system.
6. App Store terms
Downloads and purchases through Apple's App Store are additionally subject to Apple's terms. Apple handles billing and refund requests. Refund requests can be submitted at reportaproblem.apple.com.
7. Intellectual property
TalkTerm's software, interface, graphics, name, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, under the German Product Liability Act, and where a guarantee has expressly been assumed. For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage arising from breach of an essential contractual obligation. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
9. Applicable law
German law applies, excluding the CISG. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain applicable.
